1. Complete your personal information. A valid email address is necessary for
confirmation of posting request. Your email address, phone number and age
group will not be posted or shared.

2.Select your post card number and enter it into the "Enter Post Card #"

( US Veterans, Active Duty Military Members, Military families, Emergency
responders, etc)

4. Check the correct box representing your age. Entries from those 18 and
under must have a parent's approval and/or we will only use the first letter of
your last name.

5.Enter your message of thanks and appreciation. (Space on post cards are
limited so please be brief to ensure enough space)

When you have completed your form, please hit the submit button. Messages
are created and posted manually. We are not responsible for proofing or spell
checking messages. Please check this prior to submission! We will send you n
email when your message has been posted.
